How does the 'Lease A Jeans' model work?
Our unique leasing model allows you to wear our organic denim for a monthly fee. After 12 months, you can choose to keep them, swap them for a new pair, or return them for recycling.
What is your return policy for new purchases?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure tags are attached to receive a full refund or exchange.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Standard delivery within Europe takes 2-5 business days, while international shipping can take 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
How do I care for my MUD Jeans to ensure they last?
To maintain the quality of your denim, we recommend washing them as little as possible. When necessary, wash inside out at 30°C and always air dry instead of using a tumble dryer.
Are your jeans truly sustainable?
Yes, our jeans are made from GOTS certified organic cotton and recycled denim. We use a circular production process that saves 92% more water than the industry standard and eliminates toxic chemicals.
