Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your circular denim as much as we do, so if your MUD Jeans aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to support our recycling process.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log in to our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Denim

  Place the jeans in their original packaging or a durable reusable mailer, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the package, and drop it off at your nearest designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
